It is becoming increasingly difficult to continuously maintain the smooth operation of a plant. You must be able to operate your systems with fewer and fewer personnel.
Minimizing production downtime and maximizing uptime requires continuous monitoring and rapid troubleshooting.
The causes of incidents often cannot be understood. Incomplete records make process optimization difficult.
What happened where in the plant? Who should intervene? In the meantime, the plant loses valuable operating time.
An overview of the entire system and signals is crucial in order to understand a fault and be able to correct it.
There is no time to find the cause at the moment of the incident. This results in repeated errors and longer response times for the next incident.
Key Features
With AssetCore, you can stream all important plant signals, sensor data and camera images in real time on a single platform. You get full access to live data no matter where you are — whether in the office, on the road, or on-site at the plant.
Thanks to standard protocols such as OPC-UA or MQTT, system data can be easily integrated into the platform, while sensor data is also seamlessly collected via IO-Link.
The integrated camera transmission allows you to monitor critical areas of your system via on-demand video, which makes it easier to react immediately to faults and increases transparency in plant operation.
With AssetCore's Event Hub, you can efficiently monitor and analyze critical events in your plant.
With configurable triggers, you can define when events should be recorded to focus on the most important incidents. For critical events, you'll receive instant notifications via email, SMS, or other channels, so you can react quickly.
The Event Hub combines system signals with video recordings and sensor data to give you a complete picture of the situation — ideal for evaluating recurring errors and optimizing your processes.
With AssetCore's dashboard integration, you have an overview of all relevant live and recorded data to get a comprehensive overview of your plant processes, including key figures such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Analyze events that have occurred and add additional information to precisely identify and correct the causes of errors — with the aim of sustainably optimizing plant operation.
AssetCore enables the use of algorithms and AI to intelligently use your plant data. Thanks to computer vision, camera streams and video recordings can be analyzed, e.g. to visually monitor processes, count workpieces, or mask people to ensure data protection.
In addition, signal processing is used to support predictive maintenance, identify anomalies and precisely forecast the consumption of equipment and consumer goods.
In this way, AssetCore not only increases efficiency, but also predictive accuracy for future developments in your company.
Use Cases
Monitor your system remotely in real time and receive automatic notifications when downtimes occur. With tools like TeamViewer, you can intervene and fix errors directly without being on site.
Analysis of fault data and video recordings in the Event Hub to identify recurring errors and develop long-term solutions.
Capture and store plant signals, sensor data, and video recordings continuously to build data sets for machine learning. This database makes it possible to train algorithms that can predict future errors, anomalies or maintenance requirements at an early stage.
Automated collection and storage of sensor data, video recordings and system signals to document and comply with compliance requirements.
Recording of work processes and important events in the plant to create training and learning material. This includes video recordings combined with sensor data and system signals to teach new employees how to operate and operate the systems.
Visual monitoring using cameras to identify safety risks, e.g. people without protective equipment or unsafe movements near facilities.
Our collaboration begins with an individual pilot project. In this phase, we demonstrate the technical feasibility and jointly evaluate the business case. Once the pilot project has been completed, invoicing is based on the selected service packages and your specific requirements.
Connect a plant:
We integrate one of your systems with the AssetCore platform so that you can collect and use the relevant data right from the start.
Access to the AssetCore platform:
During the project, you'll have full access to all AssetCore features, including live data, video streaming, and analytics tools.
Test period of 8 weeks:
Over a period of 8 weeks you can test the platform in your real operation, make optimizations and analyze the results.

FAQ
Which systems are supported?
All systems that offer an OPC-UA or MQTT interface.
What does the connection look like?
We are starting the collaboration with a pilot project. This is where the system is connected.
Are existing cameras also supported?
Yes, if the cameras support RTSP
What components does AssetCore consist of?
AssetCore consists of several components that can be used flexibly. This includes cameras that record production processes and are connected to an edge device. The edge device will be connected to the system to reliably record and process system data. The collected data is securely transferred to a cloud via a network. An intuitive dashboard gives you access to the data stored in the cloud and can view and analyze both the camera stream and the system data in real time. With the Event Explorer, you have access to historical data at any time and can subsequently analyze specific events that occur in the production process.
Where is my system data stored?
With AssetCore, you have two flexible options for storing and using your data. On the one hand, the data can be stored in a cloud (Microsoft Azure, server location in Germany), which gives you access worldwide and can access your live plant data from anywhere via a dashboard. On the other hand, we offer the option of setting up the system “offline” in your local network. In this case, the system data remains exclusively in your network and access is limited to it.
